Before your appointment…

  • Ensure you review all policies and guidelines thoroughly prior to making a booking.

  • Please ensure you select all the necessary add-ons before your appointment to avoid a convenience fee of the operator's choice.

  • Please note that seating is limited to customers receiving services; kindly refrain from bringing additional guests.

  • To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, please make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that other clients can book the available slot. Thank you for your cooperation!

The day of your appointment…

  • Please ensure you are on time for your appointment.

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided for lateness; beyond that, your appointment may be cancelled or you may incur a convenience fee at the operator's discretion.

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without calling, you will forfeit your deposit. On the second occurrence, you must contact your operator and prepay for your service in full to schedule another appointment. After the third instance, you will be prohibited from making future bookings.
