With over a decade of experience in braiding and loc artistry, Santeshia is the creative force and steady hand behind Simply Glowing’s styling excellence. As our Salon Manager and Lead Braider, she blends technical mastery with a sharp eye for salon consulting and operational flow. Santeshia’s leadership inspires confidence, consistency, and collaboration—guiding our team toward success while ensuring every client leaves feeling empowered and radiant.

Jae’da’s journey in beauty began in 2021, when she started styling her own hair and quickly became the go-to for friends and family. After graduating high school, she pursued her passion professionally, completing cosmetology school in August 2025. She joined Simply Glowing as a mentee in April after discovering us on Instagram, bringing fresh energy and ambition to the team. Jae’da has already styled hair at New York Fashion Week, gaining invaluable runway experience, and is currently training under our lead stylist as she works toward becoming a licensed cosmetologist. Her growth reflects the Simply Glowing mission: nurturing talent, pursuing dreams, and elevating beauty.
